Concrete cancer occurs when reinforcing steel begins to rust and expand — causing spalling, cracks, chips and structural failure. The rust works silently beneath the surface, so a small visible area often indicates a far larger problem underneath.

WARNING: Left untreated, concrete cancer can grow at up to 5× per year. A 10cm section today could be half a metre within 12 months.

We only work on concrete repair — so we understand exactly what correct treatment looks like. Sealing in rust is never a solution. We fix the source.

Epoxy injection is an effective, inexpensive and quick solution to repairing cracked reinforced concrete — as long as the crack isn't moving and the cause of the crack is known.

If an accidental crack has been made in your concrete, please don't delay in contacting us. The sooner we can appraise it, the simpler and cheaper the repair will be.

This treatment is viable as long as the steel reinforcement hasn't been exposed too long to the elements. We'll provide an honest assessment on whether epoxy injection is the right approach.
